Booking

At the time of booking, you will be required to pay a non- refundable deposit of £125 and the balance is due eight weeks before departure. For booking within 8 weeks of departure, full payment must be made at time of booking. If payment is not made immediately your booking will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your booking this must be done in writing from the party leader. In the event of a cancellation the following charges will become payable:

Period before departure date that letter is received Cancellation charge expressed as percentage of total villa cost
More than 56 days Deposit only
56 to 15 days 90%
14 days or less 100%

Cancellation takes effect from the date received by us.
Please note that if your cancellation falls within the terms of your holiday insurance policy, then such charges will normally be refunded to you by the insurance company, which we strongly advise you to take out for your holiday.

Please note: No mechanical item can be guaranteed not to break down, but in this unlikely event please bear with the cultural and logistical differences between the UK and the Canary Islands regarding reparation.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. These events can include, but are not limited to war, threat of war, civil strife terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster and adverse weather, sea, ice and river conditions and all similar events outside our or the supplier(s) concerned's control.
