How do bookings work?

  • If a confirmed online or telephone booking is made, you will be sent a booking form.
  • You then have 5 working days to return the booking form and required remittance to Tessa Rock. After this point no guarantee can be given that the booking will be held. If you have any difficulties getting the form back to us within that time limit, please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
  • On receipt of your returned form and remittance, you will then be sent an invoice showing the final amount still due, if any, and which date it becomes due.
  • After this due date, if no payment is received, please may we reiterate the booking conditions and that the villa may be subsequently re-let unless we hear from you.
  • On receipt of the final remittance, you will be sent a set of guest notes which will explain all you are likely to need to know to help you have an enjoyable holiday.
