Bathrooms

1 bath with shower over toilet and sink ensuite to the master bedroom. 1 shower room with toilet and sink between a double and a twin bedroom. 1 shower room with toilet and sink from 1 twin bedroom which also serves as a laundry area with washing machine.

Lounge/Dining Kitchen

An American style kitchen with breakfast bar contains all mod cons including fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. All facilities are provided for normal daily living (kettle, iron & board etc.).

The lounge area contains luxurious sofas and furnishings with Satellite TV, DVD and music facilities.

Outside Areas

Patio doors from the lounge lead to large upper terrace ideal for eating or sunbathing. Ramps and steps facilitate movement between the levels. The middle terrace is where the swimming pool (6x8m) is located. The pool is heated by solar power but electric heating can be arranged for a further fee. A ramp then leads down to the lowest level where there is a beautifully designed BBQ area with canarian seating and outside table for outdoor entertaining.
